Interest rates > Price. A $600k home in San Diego costs about $800 more per month than it did 5 months ago. If anything is going to soften the market, it’ll propose be the interest rates overcompensating for the last 2 years of historic lows. If you’re still able to purchase, do so before the rates hike higher.

Same goes for you sellers. If you’re going sell, do so while buyer demand is still high. If you need strategies on how to best sell your home and find a another home, I have a few solutions for you.
