Escrows and closed sales both had big increases this past week and total market inventory tightened significantly as new listings were flat. Unsurprisingly, the 30-day median sales price increased. Inventory is likely to tighten through the holidays. Let's see what demand does to prices through the year's end.
If you want or need to sell your home reach out today to get your property listed while inventory is especially tight. Come January, there will be an increase in inventory and more competition among sellers for ready buyers.

30-day median sales prices were up last week for both detached and attached homes. While the attached price looks to have taken a significant jump, volumes have been low and the only attached sale last week was way over the previous median, coming in at $454K. I would expect to see this number come down a bit over the next few weeks. What City Heights and all of San Diego really needs is more homes for sale.
