💥 I’ve officially joined Real Brokerage!

So many people are asking me why I made the move, and I know this may shock some of you, but I have quite a few answers. 😂

🙏 I had an amazing 8 years at Compass as a founding agent here in San Diego and was blessed to work with many good friends, be supported by amazing staff, be led by some great leaders and experience their rise to the top.

🫣 Some of the most valuable skills I have gained over 4 decades are learning to read trends, having no fear about change and having the vision to pivot well ahead of the masses.

✅ Learning about Real’s model, their tech stack and their mission has re-energized me and reignited the passion I have for coaching and mentoring agents on how to build their business, protect their brand and work through the toughest scenarios transactions can bring.
