Valencia Pointe Apartments has brought 102 affordable homes for families in San Diego, California. CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development is proud to bring this development on 5930 Division Street, which is serving families earning 40-80% of the area median income.

According to Mayor of San Diego Todd Gloria, who attended the grand opening, Valencia Pointe will help combat the affordable housing crisis.

"There is no problem bigger than the affordable housing crisis. It is the biggest issue in our city, and that's saying something in the middle of a pandemic and economic uncertainty. But this is what I hear from San Diegans the most about” Gloria said.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Citi for recognizing and supporting the essential work we are doing. Their commitment to our mission has helped us transform the lives of hundreds of families by providing them with safe, affordable places to call home. As we celebrate this significant milestone, we remain dedicated to our mission of creating and preserving affordable housing for those who need it most.
