Congratulations to my buyers on scoring a incredible DEAL on this home with value-add potential 🔨👷

We beat out several offers to get under contract and during escrow, I was able to negotiate 💰 $30,000 in seller credits towards by buyers’ closing costs. This was enough to wipe out their closing costs with enough funds leftover to buy down their rate permanently. 🙌

As Boston transplants, my buyers were renting in San Diego for several years before taking the plunge to buy. After seeing home values rise year over year, they decided it was time for themselves to capitalize on San Diego’s strong home price appreciation. 📈
