This is a sweet family that resides in a community we’ve had the pleasure of managing since we opened our doors in 2001.

They lost everything in a fire last week. Insurance is giving them the run around and they have a battle ahead of them. Any help for them is appreciated!!

Nina, please forward this to Cristina as I am not sure of her exact email or name spelling. I would like to thank you both so much for responding to our big leak at Units 39-42 with Pride Plumbing. Joey Jr and Nick were just great, doing a super job and getting our water back so quickly. I hope they come again if we have any future needs at Cape La Jolla.

I also want to thank Cristina for so kindly keeping in touch with me so I could let others know what was going on. I appreciate that she is now on our team.

🚨 Senate Bill 770 – Unintended Consequences 🚨

SB 770 (Allen) would remove the requirement for HOA members installing EV chargers in common areas to name the association as an additional insured. This change exposes associations to increased liability, which in turn can drive up insurance premiums for all homeowners.

➡️ The result? Higher dues for homeowners and less attainable housing. 🏘️

Despite providing evidence that major carriers can issue the required certificates, no compromise has been reached—leaving homeowners to bear the financial risk.
