Irvine Company debuts the Spectrum SunWheel at Irvine Spectrum Center. Reaching 132 feet into the skyline — 24 feet taller than the former Giant Wheel — the Italian-made attraction adds dynamic LED lighting, enhanced in-gondola music, and six-person cabins.

"The Spectrum SunWheel represents Irvine Spectrum Center’s commitment to providing extraordinary experiences for all ages," says Blake Windal, Vice President and General Manager. "Our goal for this modern attraction is to cultivate new, treasured memories for generations to come."

A new Irvine Company office campus will soon become home to the headquarters of Taco Bell and Habit Burger & Grill.

The new campus will support more than 1,100 team members with dedicated culinary workspaces for ongoing menu innovation, a media studio, expanded meeting spaces, a dining center, and outdoor work areas.

At 254,000 square feet, the deal marks Orange County’s largest new office lease in five years and adds two longtime Irvine brands to Irvine Company's office portfolio.

“Working closely with Taco Bell and Habit to customize Alton HQ in Irvine Spectrum around their unique needs reflects our commitment to creating environments,” Roger DeWames, President, Irvine Company Office Properties.
