I’ve been working on a pet project for 2 months.

𝐈 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐈 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟔 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟕 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬

I thought to myself IF I had invested 100 or 400 hours into my own projects what could I have accomplished?

I took the opportunities I’ve been given to meet incredible entrepreneurs to gather intel. Best practices. What they would have done .... could they do it all over....

The first master list I completed was for Real Estate. Low hanging fruit for me. Its called Top 10 Questions to Ask a Broker (before you join their team)...

I shared the list. I shared it with 100s of people I didn’t know. I asked for feedback. I’ve tweaked it several times and keep sending the newest version to anyone that is willing to review it.

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐈 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞.

I’m in a place right now that a message like this doesn’t phase me. You know who sent it? A broker.

𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒅.

They should. Anyone who is charging money and not giving more value than the money they charge is setting themselves up for failure. I’ve always believed that.

Just recently one of my favorite Real Estate Coaches...not just a coach, a Top Producer. I am just one of his 40k YouTube subscribers left their longtime brokerage. Another brokerage with 900 agents walked away from their brand. That had to have hurt.
