Restoring the century-old house in University Heights is a labor of love

I'm ultra-excited about this new project, an unadulterated early-1900s house in University Heights. Here's a sneak preview of it in its current hoarder situation.
The low points: foundation issues, five layers of roof with one being the original wood shingles, at least 160 yards of crap in the house and yard, bees in the chimney, no siding on one exterior wall, and the SMELL.
The high points: only two layers of paint on the woodwork, all of the original windows, trims, and built-in cabinets, the original floor plan, and an eagle-claw tub.
I think this will be expensive, time-consuming, and utterly AMAZING. I'll post photos as the project progresses.
