As your realtor I will ALWAYS go through that builder contract with you line by line. It takes about a week to read and digest. You WILL NOT SIGN until you fully understand what you’re signing.

Yes you do ALWAYS need a home inspection; even on a new build.

I will ALWAYS have one of my mortgage partners available to you to break down that builder’s financing contract, compare rates and benefits, and give you the information you need to make the best financial decision for your home purchase.

I will ALWAYS have a real estate attorney to refer you to if that contract has clauses in it that I’m not comfortable with.
