For more than half a century, McMillin has been a family business.Founder Corky McMillin began building homes for families and nail by nail, home by home, earned a reputation for building quality master-planned communities.
Over the years, McMillin expanded to include a mortgage arm and property management services as Corky’s sons got involved in the business. Bringing the former Naval Training Center to life as Liberty Station provided new possibilities and insights into where McMillin could venture.
Company leadership has now continued to the fourth generation. With the influx of new ideas, the company is evolving in exciting directions. But along the way, we’ve always held on tightly to our roots of quality and community.
