This is a live (in-person) demonstration event that will teach you additional skills in the kitchen. The chef will ask for volunteers and there will be plenty of tasting for everyone. Space is limited. Sign up for one or bring a guest. Your seat is not valid until confirmed by Pacific Beacon Management. July’s menu: American picnic includes: fresh berry lemonade, barbecued chicken pieces (dark meat), and a summer potato salad.

Today, we remember Navy SEAL Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew "Axe" Axelson.
Axe was a true American hero who made the ultimate sacrifice on this day in 2005 during Operation Red Wings. His bravery, unwavering spirit, and commitment to his teammates will never be forgotten. We honor his service and remember the profound impact he had.
