Located at 436 Otay Lakes Road and anchored by Ralphs, Ululani’s is now open and serving aloha one scoop at a time.

Brad Williams and Steve Avoyer proudly represented the landlord, Sudberry Properties, in this 10-year lease. The tenant was self-represented.

Bagel lovers, get ready!  is coming to Eastlake Village Marketplace in Chula Vista 🥯 Located at 970 Eastlake Parkway and anchored by Lowe’s and Target, this 420,000 SF center is now officially 100% leased with this exciting addition.

Einstein Bagels is expected to open in March 2026, bringing fresh-baked bagels, shmears, and coffee to one of Chula Vista’s busiest shopping destinations. Stewart Keith and Brad Williams represented the landlord (Sudberry Properties) in this deal, with Zach Leffers of SRS Real Estate representing the tenant.
