I was surprised to see someone refer to my claim that there are many available homes for sale in Riverside County starting at $350,000 as "bogus". While it's true you "get what you pay for", today, April 6, 2023, I found 261 active listings in Riverside County with asking prices between $350,000-$400,000. These are both single family homes and condos. They are in such cities as Riverside, Corona, Wildomar, Moreno Valley, and Hemet, to name a few. If you're a serious buyer and question my veracity, contact me, and I'll not only send you the addresses, but I'll take you there in person.
