✨ JUST SOLD — OCEANSIDE! ✨
This one fills my heart. ❤️
I met these clients years ago when they rented my condo in Torrance — just a sweet couple starting their life together. Since then, I’ve watched them become husband and wife… welcome their baby boy… move from Torrance to Vista… and now finally become homeowners.
Our search wasn’t easy — multiple offers, backup offers, lots of patience — but then we found Camino Campana. The moment we walked in, we knew. The home, the neighborhood, the charm near the historic Luis San Rey Mission… it all felt meant to be. And securing it with a 2-1 buydown credit plus paid-off solar made it even better.
To this amazing family: thank you for trusting me from day one. I’m so excited for all the memories you’ll create in your new home. Here’s to growth, happiness, and a beautiful new chapter. 🏡✨❤️

🔥 Wildfire Evacuation Checklist – Essential for CA Homeowners! 🔥
As a realtor in the San Diego area, I know how unpredictable wildfire season can be. With recent LA fires serving as a reminder of how quickly things can change, it’s important to be prepared in case of evacuation.
I’m sharing a Wildfire Evacuation Checklist that can help guide you through the items to gather depending on the time you have after an emergency evacuation is issued to ensure the safety of your family, pets, and property.

Here’s what to include in your plan:
Important Documents – Collect insurance, identification, and health records. Store them in a waterproof bag.
Emergency Kit – Pack food, water, medications, flashlights, and first aid supplies.
Evacuation Routes – Know the safest and quickest routes to evacuate, and have backup options.
Family Communication – Set up a clear communication plan for your family.
Pets & Animals – Prepare carriers, food, and any necessary medications for your pets.
Vehicle Ready – Ensure your car has gas, emergency supplies, and is ready to go.
Fire-Resistant Clothing – Protect yourself with long sleeves, pants, and sturdy shoes.
Stay Informed – Monitor official updates through radio, phone apps, or local news.
I encourage all CA homeowners to take proactive steps now. Download the checklist below and ensure you’re ready if the unexpected happens.
Stay safe, stay prepared, and stay informed!

I am trying to decluter my closet these days. I waited for inspiration to come but it never came. So I started working on it slowly. It's a chore but I will persevere...to the end. Ha ha ❤❤❤

"It’s much easier to decide to toss or keep a pair of jeans if you’re looking at your entire jeans collection at once. So start pulling out different types of clothing, and decide what you'll toss and keep."

Are you ready to declutter your entire home? This guide will help you go room by room with a checklist of what to declutter in every room.

Isadora can be found at the Getty Villa in Malibu. When I visit the Getty I always stop by her display. I am fascinated by her presence and can't get enough...My art teacher Olya Losina introduced me to the Fayum mummy portraits found in Egypt some time ago.
