After one weekend of open houses, and multiple offers received, my clients were able to accept an offer from a highly qualified buyer! There was a ton of traffic this weekend at the open house and plenty of interest expressed. Through some careful negotiations we were able to get a price most favorable to my client. Now to navigate a smooth escrow to the closing table!

This is why I do what I do! My clients had just sold their condo with my and needed to find a bigger single family home in San Diego to accommodate their growing family. We negotiated a free 59 day lease back in their current condo to give them some time to pursue the market. We were in competition against multiple offers and were able to beat out all of the others with some skillful negotiations and very aggressive terms. When my clients approached me about wanting to sell their condo in Uni Heights, we made sure to stage it to the nines, select an effective pricing strategy and hold the showings to just one weekend of open houses. We listed it for $599K and my goal was to get $650K. Fortunately through some careful negotiations we were able to close a buyer at $670K setting a new high for price per square foot this year in Uni Heights! It feels great to make my clients a little extra cash going into their new home!

This Logan Heights townhome was just sold to a very fortunate buyer! My sellers trusted my advice in staging and it paid off. We listed this unit for $559K. Just two days after going on market we were able to secure a highly qualified buyer for $600K! Now they’re headed to their new home out of state with an extra $40K in hand for future investments.
