😊 I can show you any home that’s for sale in the MLS, not just the ones I’m have listed to sell.

So while you’ll see an agent’s name and brokerage firm on the listing, that agent isn’t the only one who can show the home. In fact, it’s better NOT to use the listing agent. As a buyer, you need a dedicated advocate all your own. Not one already looking out for the seller.

Welcome Home to my wonderful client Bill! I was able to get an offer accepted on this condo. I structured a strong, clean and well-written offer, which was exactly what the seller was looking for.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch… the buyer sold his home and was able to get a ‘rent back’ (for 2 months) meaning, the seller would be able to stay in his home for a set amount of time, post close of escrow, until he was able to move into his new home.
