You will work hands-on in person, directly alongside our Broker/Owner, not in a back office, but side by side, handling real day-to-day real estate transaction operations. This was the 4th transaction we’ve done for this family, and it started as their parent’s home. Before listing, we ran a step-up cost basis analysis and a rent vs. own comparison to help them decide whether to keep it as a rental or sell. The numbers said sell.

Their priorities were simple: top dollar, a fast sale, and no hassles.

We marketed it hard and brought 17-18 groups (about 40-50 people) through a 3-hour open house on day one. That turned into 7 offers in 6 days.
