The market is shifting, so it could be an amazing time as a buyer to get into the market - if you’re willing to brave the current economic uncertainty, of course. Also, purchasing an investment property comes with its own inherent risks, one being consumer confidence as vacation rentals obviously heavily rely on revenue.
