About your REALTOR®, Lee Schoenbart
Since moving from Philadelphia in 1973, I’ve pretty much been a life-long Californian (47+ years). I moved to West Hollywood before it was a city, then to Laguna Beach, La Jolla and San Diego. There were various stints living in the Bay Area preceding and following my brother’s death on Thanksgiving Day 1995. A writer, editor and publicist all my adult life, I
left my assistant metro and community news editorships at The San Diego Union-Tribune to pursue my “dream career” in real estate in 2005. When my partner and I purchased our home in 2000, I remembered that I wanted excellent service and consideration with an astute eye for detail… and that’s what you’ll get from me, whether you are buying or selling a home. Under my former nom de plume, "Jeff Wilson," I created a market niche for my self-syndicated column, Hot Wax Music Report, covering industry trends and authoring exclusive celebrity interviews from 1976-1996. During this time, I was a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Science (NARAS), producers of the annual Grammy Awards program. My pledge is to bring that same energy, integrity and attention to detail of 30-plus years in the publishing and entertainment industries to your real estate needs. Through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California, and all of the resources we have at our disposal, I will apply my knowledge and expertise to help you. I know that referrals from you, your family and friends are the sincerest form of flattery, and I would appreciate it if you shared my name and number with anyone who might benefit from my services as their REALTOR®.
