Honestly, I didn't think in a million years I would be the Realtor who represented this Trustee. I was one of 5 Realtors who the Trustee interviewed and the last one in. A few days passed and another few days passed. Then I received a call from the referring agent, Shawn in Northern California and he said, "The other Realtors were men and too snooty for the Trustee". He prefers your "down home approach and he loves your humor". So, the rest is history. The Trustee and I hit it off like peanut butter and jelly. Smooth, not chunky, covering the bread with a thin swipe of peanut butter and topped off with jam, not jelly. We saw eye to eye on all counts, even agreeing on the exterior color of the house, carpet color, interior paint color and the flower selection I provided to my gardener to enhance the front and backyards. And a caveat? The Trustee provided a "Welcome Buyer Letter" explaining the lock system, cameras and the smoke and carbon detector mechanics. I am going to miss our banter back and forth plus his humor.
