I am a wife to a wonderful loving man, CEO of my household, and a proud mother to 4 beautiful kids (one lives in Heaven). I love my family so they are always first in my life, as they are my first passion, my second passion is fitness. I always worked out at the gym since I was teen all the way till having my 3rd child. After having my 3rd child, 2rd daughter via c-section I encountered some postpartum problems .I ended up with an umbilical hernia and a severe abdominal wall separation called diastasis recti, which is caused by many c-sections. I wasn't able to exercise and reach my fitness goals. Working out has always helped me relieve stress and brought a true happiness to my face so not being able to do the things I wanted to do like yoga, Pilates, weight lifting ,etc… was out of my reach. I did it here and there but I was always worried about messing my body up more. I put a passion of mine on hold for many years. At times I would get so frustrated with my body. My family and friends don’t even know I had these issues because I struggled with them internally and mentally. I would only share my deepest emotions with my husband. We both agreed that we wanted one more child so I put my much need surgery repairs on hold. Finally, 5 years later (a year and half after having my 4th child who was born via c-section) I opted to have the surgery to repair my abdominal wall muscles and hernias. I have been recovered a few months now and I am so excited and thrilled to be able to get started on reaching my fitness goals without anything being in my way psychically. I decided to become a coach with beach body to finally pursue my second passion, FITNESS!! I love to eat healthy, inspire, and motivate people. I want to share my journey with everyone. THIS IS A NEW BEGINNING FOR ME THEREFORE; I WANT TO BE A PART OF YOUR NEW BEGINNING TOO! We all have had personal struggles in life and we all deserve a chance to be our best self. I want to help you do that. Helping you also helps me in so many ways. So let’s help each other live this one life we have to fullest passion in our hearts that we have.

I’m 45 and I’m not afraid to admit that:
1. Eight years ago I started this business with nine years of quiet self-study behind me and almost no one who knew what Human Design even was. I thought by now I’d feel settled. Some days I still feel like I’m building it from the ground up.

2. I used to think turning 45 in year eight would mean I’d finally feel arrived. Instead the offers keep expanding, the students keep teaching me, and I keep learning skills I didn’t know I needed. That part surprised me.

3. There’s a specific kind of pressure in still feeling new at something you’ve done for almost a decade. I’ve caught myself comparing my “beginning” to other people’s highlight reels, wondering if I should be further along by now.

4. Here’s what I don’t say out loud very often. Some seasons of this business have felt like starting completely over, not because anything failed, but because the work itself asked me to grow into a different version of myself.

5. I’m learning that feeling like a beginner isn’t proof I’m behind. It’s proof the business is still alive, still expanding, still asking something new of me.

6. Eight years in, I’ve raised my prices, rebuilt my circle, and said yes to leading a certification program I wasn’t always sure I was ready for. Every one of those felt like starting over. Every one of them was growth in disguise.


7. So here I am, almost 45, still very much in the middle of becoming. Not behind. Not new. Just still growing, on purpose, in real time.

If you’re in a season that feels like beginning again even though you’ve already put in the years, this is your reminder that it’s not regression. It’s expansion.

Some people clap for you until you actually start winning.

I’ve had people tell me they were excited for me, that they had my back, and then disappear the moment it actually mattered.

Half promises mixed with silences when I needed a yes. For a while I thought that was on me.

It wasn’t. some people don’t want to see you rise because your growth asks something of them they’re not ready to give themselves.

I’m not shrinking for anyone’s comfort anymore.

Not in my business, not in my life.

I surround myself now with people who want my prices to go up, my calendar full, my family thriving, my nonprofit growing. that’s the room I’m building.

Human Design gate 33 is the medicine woman gate, and if you carry it, you already know you’re wired different when it comes to letting things go.

Human design gate 33 lives in the throat center, and its whole job is retreat, reflection, remembrance. you don’t just experience life, you archive it.

- you’re the one holding memory in the room.
- history, family patterns, the stuff nobody else is tracking but somebody has to.

Sometimes that memory isn’t even yours from this lifetime. gate 33 carries the medicine of memory that’s older than you, coded into your DNA, your mitochondria, your memory cells. you’re not imagining that you feel like a keeper of something ancestral. that’s the gate 33 talking/whispering to you!!

Eclipse season is here, and it always brings the questions. Two eclipses this August, one Solar in Leo, one Lunar in Pisces, and they’re asking something different of us than the last few years did.

♌️ The Leo eclipse touches identity. Not your whole life, just the parts you’ve been performing. A role, a version of success, a way of seeking recognition that once made you feel important and doesn’t anymore. Keep the courage, keep the creativity, keep the heart. Release the performance.

Most people know their type. Almost nobody knows what their profile says about how they need to be loved. And that gap?

That’s where so much confusion in relationships actually lives. ⬇️

Here’s a little teaser of what your profile reveals:
Profile 1 — You love through knowledge and security. You need a solid foundation before you can open up. If someone rushes you or keeps things vague, your nervous system checks out before your heart even gets a chance.

Profile 2 — You love through naturalness and presence. You have gifts you do not even see in yourself and you need a partner who recognizes them before you do. Also you need alone time and it is not personal, it is literally your design.

Profile 3 — You love through experience and truth. You have learned what does not work through trial and error and that is not baggage, that is wisdom. You need a relationship with room to be real, messy, and evolutionary.
