Super excited to share some big news! We closed escrow last Friday on our first development deal! We will be building 10 apartment units in North Park. We have flipped countless homes and learned lessons on every deal. But, extremely excited to take this next step. Couldn’t have done it without our investor partner, strong architect, and countless other partners that are helping make this a reality. The renderings attached are of a 5 unit, townhome development.
