Hi Neighbors,

My team is looking for any off market 3 bedroom rentals that may be coming available in the next few months. We have a local family of 4 with good credit who is looking for a rental either here in PB or Mission Beach. They have excellent rental history and can pretty much move anytime. Their current rental is being converted to a vacation rental (big surprise) so we're trying to help them find something local because their kids are in PB schools.
