I scream, you scream, we’ll all scream for ice cream!
Our Client Appreciation party was SO FUN!!! You HAVE to come next year!! We had friends, clients and neighbors show up for a traditional Ice Cream Truck/Summer Kickoff party. All of our childhood faves were served, and they even played the nostalgic music we know so well. And congrats to John, the lucky winner of the Gift Card drawing!
I know we always say this, but it was probably the best party we’ve hosted yet!!!

Helping clients navigate new terrain is part of our wheelhouse! Mike had never bought or sold a home before, and was the Trustee for his aunt's estate. He was referred to us by a good friend (who also happend to be past client of ours). Mike didn't know where to start, and we were able to guide him through the process in a manner that made it easy for him to handle. Everything from what to do with his aunts personal items & furniture, how to price the home in this market, how to negotiate the 14 offers we received, when to move the belongings out of the home, working with the current mortgage lender, and so much more. At the close, he felt he did the best for his aunt & her estate.
