What do you do when you have tenants in your home and you are ready to sell?

You have several options...

Option 1:
You can speak to your tenants about the possibility of buying your home. As they already live in and like your property.

Option 2:
You can compensate them with a monetary incentive to break their current lease and vacate early. (Usually they will budge with a one to two month allowance of the current monthly rent) ***remember that everything is negotiable***
