Another one for the portfolio! 🔑 I recently helped a buyer who was looking for a great investment property in San Diego and had some very specific criteria. After searching, we found the perfect fit in North Park — a spacious, upgraded studio with a large kitchen, in-unit laundry, parking, a community pool, and amazing views.
