💫 New year, new brokerage!

These special clients of mine got a new 🏡 for Christmas!
Our schedules (and the weather ☔️ ) finally worked out so we could take this photo! Just look at those smiles! 😁
It was a bit of a challenge finding and then “winning” the right house, but they remained calm, and we did it! So excited for them to start the new year in their new home!

"Tammy" was there for us every step of the way.  Since we lived 500 miles away she made sure all paperwork was done remotely.  She handled the inspections when we could not be on site.  Since we were not familiar with the area, names of people to interview for new flooring, plus various merchants...
