As we move through May 2026, the San Diego real estate market continues shifting into a more price-sensitive, strategy-driven environment. Instead of broad momentum, performance is now more segmented by price point and property type. Well-priced homes are still attracting strong interest, while mispriced listings are sitting longer and seeing more price adjustments. Overall urgency has eased, replaced by more selective buyers and a stronger focus on value.
