Electricity bill keeps going up ⬆️? Is it time to go solar?

Meet my buddy Mark Valdez with True Pwr. Here are some thoughts about solar:

▫️Lease vs Own
Lease if you’re living in the house for aprx 5-8 years and Own if you’re living in the house for more than 8.
Of course it always looks better that you own when selling

▫️Tax benefits
As of now you get 26% tax credit then it goes down to 22% next year and will be eliminated all together
Consult your tax advisor regarding any tax credits

▫️Never look at the total dollar amount but the amount of power you’re using for your household and do your research off that.
You may be trying to save money but in the long run you may now have enough panels for your household
