San Diego’s housing market stayed active in February, but buyers are taking a little longer to make decisions.
Detached home prices were up year over year, condo prices softened a bit, and inventory remained relatively tight across the county. Mortgage rates have also come down from where they were a year ago, which could help bring more buyers back into the market this spring.

⏳ Homes took longer to sell (DOM up)
📉 Sales were down, especially for condos
📌 Mortgage rates ended the month around 6.15% (30-yr fixed)
