📍 San Diego Housing Update — March 2026
March showed a market that’s still moving, but buyers are taking a bit more time:
🏡 Detached homes: median price $1,100,000 (+2.4% YoY)
🏢 Condos/townhomes: median price $670,000 (–1.1% YoY)
📈 Closed sales increased (detached +5.2%, attached +9.7%)
⏳ Homes took longer to sell (DOM up)
📌 Freddie Mac 30-year fixed is around 6.37%
