We love going to caravans all around the county! We go to support other agents we know, network with other people in the industry, get the inside scoop for new listings for our buyers, and pitch our listings.

Today, I went to East County (one of our favorite spots) to pitch our new listing in Serra Mesa, while Jim went downtown to pitch our new listing downtown!🏙️

In case you’re wondering - pitching basically means we have to get up in front of a crowd and sell your home so other agents will bring us buyers!!! Luckily we’re both okay with a little public speaking.🗣️
