MOBILE HOME INVESTOR NEEDED!
I have a senior who is about to lose her home to foreclosure and in order to stop the sale, she needs 75k to pay off the creditor. The home is currently listed for sale, she had a cash buyer but the buyer ended up not qualifying for the park and now time has run out. The seller has done everything the park required in order to sell the home. The living room, kitchen and dining room were remodeled in 2015.
