🚨Beware of Companies that are offering to pay you $400+ to List your property!🚨

If you are in the market to sell, DO NOT sign any agreement where the company is paying you $400+ to list your property. If you do, you will have signed a 40 year agreement. Then they have the agreement recorded that they call a Homeowner Benefit Agreement. And if you try to cancel the agreement, they will sue you for 3% of your home's value. And if you list and sell your home through any typical brokerage, you will still owe this brokerage a 6% commission because they record the agreement ...so if it ever sells, the "lien" will show up in the title search.

Realtors® will NEVER pay you to list your home with them.
