‼️ San Diego housing market is in period of transition. We’re seeing a shift from the rapid sales and high demand of the past couple of years to a more balanced market.
🚨 This change is largely due to rising interest rates and economic uncertainties, which have tempered buyer enthusiasm and purchasing power.
❌ However, these are not answers that should be given to a sellers as their home lingers on the market.
A growing concern is, a vast majority of agents that are practicing in today’s market are using outdated strategies and most importantly they lack the ability to properly educate sellers. 😡
🤔 Adapting to these changes requires a proactive approach and our results speak for themselves.
1. I’m placing a stronger emphasis on how pricing is used as a marketing strategy, ensuring homes are competitively priced with next month in mind. 💰
“If we can’t predict the future, we can at least plan for it.”
2. Additionally, I’m focusing on enhancing our marketing efforts, utilizing high-quality visuals, paid targeted ads, mail campaigns, phone canvassing, and a more hands on approach when staging. We’ve even adjusted the day of the week we go live to help maximize expose in the least amount of time.

3. I’m also prioritizing market data earlier on in the process. We’re providing real time activity reports that include how many times an ad was clicked, how many times their home was viewed both online and in-person, if it was favorited and the number of times it was shared. 📊
