After the loss of his parents, my client needed someone to walk alongside him, honoring the memories while helping him move forward toward his goals. Here are some selling tips to keep in mind…

🐶 Make sure there’s no or minimal evidence of pets
🐶 Deep clean to eliminate pet odors and fur
🐶 Fix and freshen up any pet damage to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
🐶 Remove or secure pets before open houses and showings
