Tammy began practicing real estate with one of the top teams in the country, the Neuman and Neuman Team where she fell in love with real estate. She believes that you have to have a passion for it, or you will never be successful. “Your clients can tell if you have passion for them, or if you are just doing it for a pay day”, says Tammy. She maintains that trust is the first and last thing clients

are looking for when choosing their Realtor. One of the teams she is most proud of being with is the “Hard Rock Team”, selling the exclusive units at the Hard Rock Hotel in Downtown San Diego. Eventually deciding to go about real estate on her own was one of the toughest decisions she ever made, Tammy remembers, “That was a tough one, it was all up to me at that point! No Team to back me, but I love a good challenge. That’s why I am still in the business today after 17 years”. Tammy has developed, in her time in the industry, a love of floral design. She has even done design work for the GBOD Hospitality Group and the Glam Garage both located in Downtown San Diego. She also has a passion for interior design and has helped many of her clients in the design of their home’s interiors, just for fun. “You see so many beautiful homes and you really want to put your vision into it, if the clients are open to it. It really does come naturally to me”, says Tammy. Tammy also has a passion for Bedlington Terriers. Tammy says, “I have one and fell in love with the breed. I am also very active with many other Beddie lovers and owners around the county!” With all of her passions, Tammy has always maintained that real estate is her number one passion.
