Acknowledging the importance of a safe home the exterior walls and floors are fully insulated and automatic fire sprinklers and smoke detectors have been thoughtfully installed in case of emergencies. Phase I promises to provide park amenities, large and small dog walk areas and long anticipated open spaces between 13th, 15th, F & G. Construction start anticipated as soon as late 2016.

Thank You Union Square owners for participating in this year's board member elections. A quorum was established. At the 26 FEB annual meeting the election results announced that Joan, Pat and Gil were reelected to the board. Bob and Jim have one year remaining on their two year terms.

Subsequent to the annual meeting the board held a brief meeting electing officers for the year. The results are:
President - Joan, Vice President - Jim, CFO - Pat, Secretary - Gil, Member at Large - Bob.

All owners are encouraged to volunteer for committee responsibilities.
