Last fall, I was contacted by an agent in the Boston area who needed help selling a home in the Family Trust. Shortly after our initial conversations, I listed this spacious single-story home in Bonita, tucked away on a private drive with only 3 other homes. Thanks to beautiful photography, dynamic video, and virtual staging, we had a lot of buyer showings and some good interest right away, but held out for the right fit. Sometimes, selling a home as-is is the right move, and we were able to negotiate a deal with no repairs and no credits to the buyer.
