Mark has really been working with us for years. He was patient as we discussed the advantages and costs, the market timing, and the many other factors that come to mind when making such a large purchase. When we recently made up our minds to take the leap, Mark was ready. Within days he had several listings that met our criteria. He then lined up the showings. These showings resulted in additional ideas and adjustments to our original specifications. Mark then helped us find the ideal place.

Mark overcame several challenges we faced during the process. Buying an older property with historic designation presented unanticipated issues. Mark did the research, worked with the buyers’ agent, and was available 7/24 with updates and to answer questions.

11 years ago, we had our offer accepted and opened escrow on this beautiful condo for my buyer on Shelter Island. Just 10 days later, escrow closed and my client was the new proud owner of this shelter Island condo..... and still living and enjoying her new home to this day ❤
