Had the opportunity to share some thoughts on profiling, personal branding, communication, and the impact they can have on both business and relationships.

One part of the conversation that was especially meaningful to me was discussing how we continue to move forward through personal challenges. Life doesn't stop when we're going through difficult seasons, and neither do the responsibilities we have to our families, clients, colleagues, and communities.

May's housing market numbers are in! 📊

New listings increased 8.78%, giving buyers more options, while pending sales remained steady with a slight 0.50% increase. The median home price held firm at $1.1M, showing continued price stability across the market.

Homes are selling a little faster, with average days on market dropping to 35 days. Inventory also tightened, with months of supply decreasing to 2.3, even as total active listings grew 10.45% to 5,392 homes.

What does this tell us? Demand remains steady, prices are holding strong, and inventory is growing—but not enough to significantly shift the balance of the market.
