Very interesting CNBC clip - Sellers delist homes at a new high - as canceled purchase agreements are on the rise, now well above pre-pandemic level.

This always happens at this time of year, because no seller wants to sit around and watch their listing go stale in the winter, but the rate this year is much higher than usual.

Buyers may have been expecting mortgage rates to drop more than they have, but really rates have been moving in a very narrow range since early September.
