This one is especially meaningful because these first-time homebuyers reached out just last month, unsure if homeownership was possible for them right now. Since they did not have the funds for a traditional down payment, I connected them with a lender who was able to qualify them for down payment assistance. To make this opportunity even better, I successfully negotiated for the seller to pay the buyers’ closing costs as well. 🙌
