Back to school for us this week. Benny started 6th grade and Scotty and Kinsey started 3rd.
I can’t wrap my head around the fact that Ben is in middle school now, like how?! Middle school apparently also comes with being too cool for 1st day pictures 😜

Lets talk open houses 🏡

They aren’t for everyone but I personally love them!

Holding an open house is a great opportunity to market yourself to the neighbors and hopefully pick up a future listing.

They evening before my open house I always make sure to stop by at least 25 homes in the neighborhood and personally invite them to check out the home, give me their feedback, grab lunch and a drink.

I tend to go all out for open houses, food, drinks, music, scents anything I can do create that welcoming vibe to everyone who walks through the door. It’s also a great way to help people envision themselves living and entertaining there.

Next time you see me holding an open house be sure to stop by and say hi 👋
