The owner of this house didn't want to deal with the tenants, getting them to move out and the hassles of repairs to make the house "lend-able" to a bank. We offered them a fair price, and no hassle sale. We fixed up the house to be the pride of the neighborhood. A family bought it as their first house and now calls it home. Everybody wins!.

We came across the property and the family was stuck. No one would help them. The father who was deceased years prior was on title. They did not have the resources to go through probate and had no idea where to start. We took them through the entire probate process hired the attorney and paid for fees. The family was so thankful.... a true win-win.
