My name is Holli Serwe and I have been an Independent Transaction Coordinator for the past 17 years here in San Diego. I began my career at Prudential California Realty in La Jolla and assisted in the development of their online transaction management program, Transaction Point. I am a member of the Transaction Coordinators group of San Diego and regularly attend meetings to discuss changes in the marketplace, as well as increasing my education with regular Risk Management classes. I also attend the Escrow Association of San Diego meetings to stay on top of changes being made to escrow that might affect the overall transaction. I am very detail oriented and have assisted a couple of large Brokerages in cleaning up and auditing files when suddenly faced with inattentive and then absent Transaction Coordinators. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and my responsibilities include coordination with all parties in each transaction, as well as collecting and configuring all necessary documents required to successfully close each escrow on time. My job is to ensure a trouble-free conclusion according to the time parameters outlined in the purchase agreement. I am proud to say I also serve as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Real Estate Support Professionals (NARESP) , (Formerly NATC, National Association of Transaction Coordinators) and am a founding member and have been on the Board since its inception in 2016.
