Let’s quickly talk about removing cigarette smoke odor from a home you’re trying to sell.

Let’s face it. A home with cigarette smoke stains and odor isn’t appealing for buyers. If you plan on selling it you’ll need to remove the odor forever.

The good news is they make products to pull it out of drywall. The bad news is there are products that hide the odor so it seems like you’ve solved the problem at first glance (unknowingly). Kilz (paint primer) will work for 6-8 months but ni****ne could bleed back through. Ozone machine will only work for a few weeks.
To avoid the odor from coming back and face a possible law suit you’ll need to remove the odor forever by drawing it out of the drywall. You might want to consider hiring a professional Stain and Odor Removal company. Some places can be so severe that the drywall would need to be replaced.
