I had my first surf back at my home break this morning after a month away. It felt so good to feel the joy of surfing my favorite wave with the confidence travel to places like Tavarua brings me. It was a moment away from a busy weekend supporting the Legends of Science and Surfing annual Luau. What a great community here in La Jolla!
