Just Sold!
What a journey for my buyers! They had been looking for a year when we met at an open house. At that time they were not ready to commit to an agent… until they were.
We met for an official buyer consultation and the rest is history.
It was 100% a group effort, and I so appreciate when we approach the home buying process as a team. They were incredible to work with.
Many offers written
Back up offers accepted
Then finally the one, multiple offers with my clients again being in back up position ONE. I let them know that “if this home is meant for them, it will work out”. Well lo and behold we received the call that the buyers offer that was accepted had to cancel.
Needless to say we were excited and relieved!
Timelines were tightened, and we were able to complete all my clients requested inspections:
Formal physical inspection
Sewer inspection
Electrical inspection
Heating and Air inspection
Roof Inspection
And last but not least Termite inspection
21 day escrow and a very happy family who get to start their next chapter in a fabulous community with incredible schools for their children. (High on the priority list)

Her name is “Cutie”, she is a golden and 5 years old. She is good with other dogs and people including small children.
Her current owner absolutely loves her and is devastated to let her go, but circumstances in her life are forcing the very difficult decision to rehome her.
A bit more about Cutie:
She is used to a family member being home with her. She has a large yard and loves playing in it. She walks on a long leash but has not been leashed trained. She is very smart, attentive and affectionate. A family that has a family member home often would be best for her.
She is healthy and up to date on her vaccines.
