🎉Congrats to the Rice family! 🎉 It's the best feeling handing the keys to our first time home buyer especially if it's a multi family!

We were able to help our friend Jenna look for her first home here in San Diego. It had to be a detached home because she wanted to start her cat rescue and needed as much space as she could get. ✅

It's still competitive here in the San Diego market and after many tries we were able to get their offer accepted! Even better they ended up selecting a multi family to start building wealth 🤑

During the inspection part of escrow something always comes up, NO house is perfect 😁 Luckily we were able to negotiate seller credits at closing! The escrow process can be up and down, however with the right team you’ll stress less and make it to the finish line! CLOSED HOUSE!! 🥳 Congratulations Rankin family! Last year our past client did the honor of introducing us to her parents, as they were planning on moving from their home of almost 20 years to a house closer to their grandchildren. They decided to start searching earlier this year and with careful consideration, found the perfect home that best fit their needs. We negotiated a lower price and just like that, we were in escrow! During the escrow proccess one part of it became a little rockly, and for a particular reason we had to cancel.
